4.1 The preparation before operation

4.1.3 Start the engine to check whether the turning of the engine is the same as the turning mark of the pump.

4.2 Attentions during operation

4.2.1 Before the pump is started. After the pump begins to drain, adjust it gradually until the pressure reach the prescriptive point.

4.2.2 The pump should be operated in the flux range which is recommended by the manufacturer. This flux range usually is 50%-120% of the rated range. Note that do not operate for a long time with the exhausting valve closed.

4.2.3 Be aware to the temperature rising of the shaft. The outside temperature of the shaft body shall not pass 75℃, while which of the shaft not 35℃.

4.2.4 Close the exhausting valve after the engine stopped. If suddenly power off occured during operation, switch off the pwer first, then close the sluice valve.

5.維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)
