| 五、拆卸 、裝配 、油封及拆封須知
8 在檢查或修理泵內(nèi)部時，拆卸過程中必須記下噴嘴和泵體之間的墊片厚度 9．裝配
(1)裝配前所有零件必須清洗及擦凈 (2)裝配時噴嘴和泵體之間的墊片厚度應與拆卸前相同 10 (1)長期不使用時需進行油封。
(2)油封時必需將泵的各個零件擦干后 (3)拆封時取下泵進出口的堵塞物 H,

I.
Installation
(1)wash
and clean all the parts before instailationo
(2)The
thickness of sheet gaskets between nozzle and pump boby buting reinstallation
must be
the same with that before installation.
I, Oil
sealing and sealing off
(1)Pump
must be oil sealed wheu laying aside for a long period.
(2)In oii
sealing, first dry up a11 the parts, coat a11 the finishing surfaces with
vaseline and coat red lead paint for those unfinishing surfaces inside, then
plug the inlet and outlet of the pump.
(3) In
sealing off, take away the plug, clean it with vasoline by oil-sucked cotton.
