| 4 、泵的材料說明Instmetion of Pump’S Materials．
泵根據(jù)使用情況，將過流零件的材料分為用于海水和用于淡水兩類 The pump
call be cataloged into two kinds，one is suitable for sea water,another for fresh water according to
the different materials contacted with liquid．Please
make a note in the ordering agreement．Any parts which
contact with sea water are made of anti-sea water corrosive materials，i.e．，copper,shafts of Pump are made of
stainless steel when the pumps are intended to be used for sea water．Parts which contact with fresh water are made of graphite cast iron，shafts ofpump are made of stainless steel when the pumps are
intended to be used for fresh water．
5.1運轉(zhuǎn)前準備Preparationbefore running
5.1.1泵首次啟動前應盤動數(shù)圈(可拆開電機風扇護罩盤動風扇)，確信轉(zhuǎn)動靈活無碰擦現(xiàn)象后，往泵內(nèi)注滿液體，并打開進出口管路閥門(進口全開)。
注意：泵內(nèi)未注滿液體前，不能啟動電機，否則軸封干磨失效!
Before starting the pump，turn the coupling for
circles(turn the fan of．electric motor after removing
the cover)，and make sure that it call revolve smoothly,then
fill the liquid into the pump till being full and open the valves of
inlet&outlet piping(valves of inlet open completely)．
Attention：The electric motor Can not
be switched on until the pump full of liquid otherwise the sealing of shaft
will be in failure due to dry-friction．
5.1.2點動電動機，檢查電動機轉(zhuǎn)向是否符合泵的轉(zhuǎn)向標志。
Touch the switch of electric motor
and make sure that the direction ofthe pump is correct(same as the notation
indicated on the pump body)．
5.2運轉(zhuǎn)中注意事項Precautionduringoperation
5.2.1泵起動后，有一個自吸排氣過程，一般在2～3分鐘內(nèi)完成。
It spends two to three
minutes to finish the self-suction and discharge after the pump starts．
5.2.2泵開始排水后，逐漸調(diào)節(jié)出口閥門，直到規(guī)定出口壓力為止。

5.2.3泵應保持制造廠推薦的允許流量范圍內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)。此范圍一般為額定流量的50％-120％，注意不要在關(guān)閉出口閥門狀態(tài)下長時間運轉(zhuǎn)。

5.2.4注意軸承溫升，軸承體外表溫度一般不超過75℃，軸承溫升不超過35℃。
