1．進(jìn)水管或油封處漏氣Air leakage exists in
inlet pipe or in sealing
parts． 2．泵體內(nèi)儲(chǔ)水不夠Water stored in the pump
boay is insufficient． 3．水泵反轉(zhuǎn)Revolution direction reversed． 4．進(jìn)水管太長(zhǎng)Length of inlet pipe is too
long． 5．吸程過高Suction lift is too high． 6．出口閥關(guān)閉無法排氣 Outlet valve is turned
off unable to discharge
air． |
1．檢修進(jìn)水管 換 Repair the inlet pipe，press sufficiently the
sealing filler or replace it． 2．增加儲(chǔ)水 密封或堵塞Increase the storage of water．Examine
whether the check valve in the pump
is sealed or blocked． 3．檢修糾正Check and correct it． 4．縮短進(jìn)水管shortenthe inletpipe． 5．降低吸程Lowerthe suctionlift． 6．打開出口閥或泵體上的螺塞Turn on the outlet valve，or
the．screw plug on the pump body．． |

1．濾網(wǎng)或葉輪堵塞Filter gauze valve or vane
wheel is blockcd． 2．密封環(huán)處漏水嚴(yán)重 Serious water
leakage in the sealingring． 3．揚(yáng)程太高The lift is too high 4．進(jìn)水管漏氣Air leakage exists in the inlet
pipe． 5．吸程過高，局部產(chǎn)生汽 蝕Suction

1．清除堵塞物Clear the blockage． 2．更換密封環(huán)Replace the sealing ring． 3．降低揚(yáng)程Lower the lift． 4．檢修進(jìn)水管Repair the inlet pipe． 5．降低泵安裝高度，減少進(jìn)口阻力 Lower the
installation site of the pump to decrease
the inlet resistance． |
