for first time．the screw plug at the top of the pump body must be removed and the
pump bodv must be filled up with water．Operation
without water filled upinto the pump body is forbidden．
4．1.5點(diǎn)觸發(fā)電機(jī) Switch on the motor for an
instant．Examine
whether its revolution direction is same as indicated on the pump body．
4．1.6若采用軟填料密封時(shí) If soft filler seal is
employed 4．1.7水泵起動(dòng)后，自吸時(shí)間一般≤4分鐘，在規(guī)定轉(zhuǎn)速下4分鐘未出水 If no water is discharged after four

4．2.1泵開始排水后逐漸調(diào)節(jié)出口閥 After the pump．begins to discharge watet
adjust gradually the outlet valve until the Specified outlet pressure is
reached．
4．2.2若采用填料密封填料不得壓得過緊 轉(zhuǎn)一段時(shí)間后逐漸壓緊 If filler seal is employed，the filler should not be
pressed too hard．After the pump is started,the filler
should be loosened sufficiently．When the pump has been operated
for a period of time 4．2.3泵應(yīng)保持在制造廠推薦的允許流量范圍內(nèi)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，此范圍一般為額定流量的50％至120％,注意不要在出口閥關(guān)閉的情況下長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) Quantity of flow of the pump．should be kept within．the allowable extent recommended by the manufacturer．This extent is generally 50％to 120％ of the rated quantity of flow．Take care that
the pump Can’t be long operated with the outlet valve turned off．
4．2.4注意軸承的溫升 Take care of the temperature
