雙吸密封環(huán)，以其與葉輪的間隙，來減少壓水室內(nèi)的液體漏回吸水室。密封環(huán)保護(hù)泵殼免于磨損，本身為易損零件，磨損后可以備件更換 軸封采用軟填料密封，為了冷卻潤滑密封腔和防止空氣漏人泵內(nèi) S型泵的進(jìn)水口徑小于300毫米(包括300毫米)或電動機(jī)功率小于90千瓦時，可配帶公共底座 1 2、分別檢查轉(zhuǎn)子部件上葉輪的密封部位外圓，軸套外圓徑向跳動應(yīng)不超過下表的規(guī)定:

keyed to the shaft and adjusted to proper axial position by the shaft sleeves
and external shaft nuts. The impeller is a double-suction enclosed type. It is hydraulically balanced by its
inherent design. In case there is some slight residual thrust, it can be carried up by the bearing on
the shaft end.
Each pump shaft is provided
with two bearing mounted in the bearing housings at both ends. For single row,
deep -groove type ball bearings, both of them are lubricated with grease.
Couplings of flexible type
connect the pump with the motor directly. For pumps driven by belt, there must be an intermbdiate bracket
fitted for supporting the belt pulley.
The close running fit
between the wearing rings and the impller minimizes the leakage of water back into
the suction part. The rings protect the casing form wearing and can be prompdy
replaced with the spare parts when they have been worn out.
The shaft sleeves extend
through the stuffing boxes. They protect the shaft from wearing. The sleeves can be renewable
with the spare parts after worn out.
The shaft seal is soft stuff. The packing
ring is installed among the packing in order to prevent air from coming into
the pump and cooling lubricating sealing case, and while the pump working, it is allowed
to let a little high pressure water going through the trapezioid can cave
groove on the horizentally split face of the pump cover and fow into the
packing ease, function as water seal

procedures to assem-ble)
1. Assemble keys, impeller,
sleeves, sleeve nuts packing rings, and block water ring in order on the pump shaft. Afterwards sleeve the
suction seal ring, and then the bearing part and coupling.
2. Individully inspect the
radial beats of the excircle of the impeller seal position and the sleeve excircle
on the rotor part, which is not allowed to ex-
